Registration for classroom training in a new convenient format!
In order to make registration for training easier, automation of the process of registration for classroom seminars and workshops has been implemented on the RSBP platform. This function allows training managers of financial institutions to register participants for training in the online mode, directly on the www.rsbp-ca.org website.
Starting from this month, dedicated training managers can select training topics on the “Schedule” page and indicate the number of employees for participation in the RSBP training measures. In order to use the new system, financial institutions need to dedicate a person responsible for signing up people, the training manager. For the assignment of the training manager role to one of its employees, financial institutions only need to submit the following information to the RSBP: first and last name of the staff member and his/her e-mail address. Once the RSBP has approved the number of participants, the training manager can register each of the participants directly on the platform by entering their personal details. With the help of this function, training managers can easily add new participants and make any changes on the list, and participants can receive additional material (if any) from the trainers and an electronic certificate of participation in the RSBP classroom training.
In addition, we have prepared a detailed instruction for the training manager who can obtain it by sending a request to the RSBP. In the future, the RSBP plans to expand this function for the training managers and training participants.

About RSBP classroom training measures
Classroom training
In 2019, the RSBP trainers will conduct more than 50 training events in 12 cities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. As before, the main training topic is financing and serving of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The 2019 selection of topics reflected in the training plan is based on a survey that the RSBP conducts annually among financial institutions in all four countries.
The RSBP training measures target both experts involved in serving MSME clients, and managers responsible for the development of this area in financial institutions.
Training is free of charge. Financial institutions cover per-diem, travel and accommodation expenses of participants for the training period.

Online learning
Free online courses on MSME financing and serving are available to employees of financial institutions in Central Asia. Access to training becomes available after registration on the platform. There are currently seven online courses on the platform. You can familiarise yourself with the topics and register for an online course on the “Schedule” webpage.
If necessary, the role of a training manager can be assigned to an institution’s authorised person on the RSBP platform. This role allows him/her to assign training topics for users and coordinate the entire training process, including the final testing on online courses.
