Internet

Access to the Internet. For smooth work with the training materials, we recommend having an internet channel between the platform server and the user with the minimum data transfer speed of 500 KB/s.

In corporate networks, access should be provided to the following websites via the HTTP and HTTPS protocols:

  • *.rsbp-ca.org (s1.rsbp-ca.org, s2.rsbp-ca.org, rep.rsbp-ca.org, kws.rsbp-ca.org, video.rsbp-ca.org)
  • fonts.googleapis.com
  • fonts.gstatic.com
  • www.google-analytics.com

Media content traffic should be allowed (.m3u8, .ts, .aac, .mp4, .mp3, .wav) as well as fonts (.woff, .woff2).

Hardware requirements

The Platform supports operations from desktop computers, pads, and smart phones. The equipment should have an audio reproduction function. For comfortable studies, we recommend using computers/pads with at least 7-inch displays (diagonal) and above.  The training materials are also accessible from mobile phones.

Software requirements

We recommend using the following web browsers for your work on the Platform:

  • Google Chrome;
  • Mozilla Firefox;
  • Opera;
  • Microsoft Edge;
  • Safari.

In the browsers, JavaScript should be allowed. This is recommended to use the most recent version of the browser.

Automatic assignment of users to a corporate group

Upon user registration, the platform will try to assign him/her to one of the registered corporate groups. The process of assignment is based on comparing the respective e-mail domains. For accurate identification, please send the list of domains used in the email addresses of your organization to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

If according to your company’s security policy, the use of corporate e-mail addresses is restricted to internal communications only and no communication is allowed with external addresses, a user can register from his private email address. In this case, his/her registration is to be confirmed by the company’s authorized officer, evidencing that the user belongs to the organisation. The platform has the respective function for that purpose.
