The RSBP team has implemented a technical solution to deliver educational content directly into an organisation's Learning Management Systems (LMS). This solution allows learners to access RSBP online courses from the organisation's current LMS. For the learner, RSBP courses will be available on equal terms and in the same manner as the organisation's internal courses, without requiring additional user authorisation.

All RSBP online courses are accessible for integration in all available languages.

This integration is designed to tackle several popular issues at once:

  • The use of multiple eLearning systems for employee training
  • Challenges in creating learning paths and tracking progress
  • Difficulties in consolidating and generating training reports.
As a result, lessons from all RSBP courses become available to users within the organisation's LMS, enabling administrators to include them in training programmes and generate one-stop-shop reports.

How does it work?

The integration of courses is facilitated by the Learning Tools Interoperability (LTI) standard, developed by IMS Global Learning Consortium (www.imsglobal.org). The LTI standard establishes a connection between the organisation's LMS and RSBP, allowing lessons to be loaded directly into the organisation's training courses. All communication between the RSBP LTI server and the organisation's LMS is authorised and encrypted under the LTI standard requirements.

Each individual lesson is provided as an indivisible and unchangeable unit of content. While the lessons cannot be edited, they can be combined with supplementary content or other lessons. RSBP courses can either be recreated in the organisation's LMS exactly as they are on the RSBP platform or used as building blocks to create new courses.
Progress in studying integrated RSBP lessons will be tracked in the same way as on the RSBP platform. Achieved progress will be transmitted from the lesson to the organisation's LMS.
To access lessons from users' computers, the same technical requirements as for accessing the RSBP platform must be met. These requirements are available here.

How to get started?

First, check with your organisation's IT department or LMS provider to ensure the following two conditions are met for integration:

  1. LTI protocol is supported by your LMS. The LMS must support LTI version 1.1 or 1.3 (recommended). Support for LTI Deep Linking is desirable, as it simplifies the integration, but not mandatory.
  2. External accessibility of the LMS. The LMS must be accessible to users via an external address (e.g., lms.bank.kz) from both the Internet and the organisation's corporate network.

How to connect?

If the necessary integration conditions are met, you can begin integrating RSBP courses into your organisation's LMS. The RSBP team will support you throughout this process. The steps are as follows:

  1. Email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., if interested in integrating the RSBP lessons
  2. We will jointly assess feasibility and conduct testing
  3. Let us know the courses of your interest
  4. We will provide you with entry points
  5. You register these entry points in your LMS
  6. We confirm the registration
  7. You create a course in the LMS and add RSBP lessons
  8. We provide ongoing support
