COVID-19 pandemic and related safety measures have forced many of us to shift to remote work. Conventional training and knowledge transfer measures have become impossible during this period and many institutions had to look for digital means of staff training and education.
RSBP for Central Asia having a built-in digital learning component and made available to financial institutions in Central Asia. As of today, there are more than 10.000 users on the RSBP online Knowledge Sharing and Exchange Platform, representing the staff of financial institutions across Central Asia. RSBP aims to continue the knowledge transfer and best practices in working with MSMEs to financial institutions in the region.
We are happy to announce upcoming virtual Professional Knowledge Exchange events on the subject of organising an in-house online learning service and increasing its efficiency. There will be a series of three sessions for senior management, HR&Training directors of financial institutions in Central Asia.
The meeting is divided into three sessions, which will take place on different days and led by an invited RSBP speaker. A session will last for two hours.
