RSBP for Central Asia has started enrolling participants into the Trainers Certification Programme from financial insitutions in Central Asia.

The start of the programme is planned in 2nd half of January 2021. 

The programme consists of four stages:

 

1 Online course completion on the RSBP Knowledge Sharing and Exchange Platform

Participants must successfully complete an online "Training of trainers" course, which is available on the platform. This is a prerequisite for participation in the certification course. Participants will receive a statement of successful course completion.

Candidates may already now sign up for the online course and start undergoing it.

 

2 Participation in an interactive webinar

After successful completion of the online course, participants will take part in a webinar on key features and learning aspects for preparing and implementing their own learning event. Webinar will be held in the Russian language.

 

3 Development and implementation of a webinar

After successful webinar completion, participants will be equipped with knowledge on how to develop and prepare their own webinars for the staff of their financial institutions. Webinar participants will have an opportunity to receive individual assistance from the RSBP trainer while developing a learning event.
 

Final online testing

For those participants, who have successfully undergone all three stages, a final certification test will be made available. All participants who passed this test will be granted with RSBP Certificates on successful completion of Train the Trainer certification programme.
