During the coronavirus pandemic, RSBP continues to support financial institutions with training staff on how to work with MSME clients. All training measures are carried out online, which allows staff at financial institutions gain knowledge while working in home-office mode.
RSBP provides access to eleven online courses related to MSME finance, including financial analysis, monitoring of loans and dealing with problem loans.
On top of online courses, RSBP trainers have developed several webinars on the most demanded topics among which are working with clients in times of crisis and post-crisis, organizing and managing working teams from distance and others. The list of webinars is available on the "Schedule" section.
RSBP will continue its support to financial institutions in overcoming coronavirus crisis and provide timely and demanded knowledge and know-how.
